Under Massachusetts State Law Ch. 140, §§ 2-9, every food service establishment in the Town of Marion with the capabilities for cooking, preparing, and serving food and which provides seating for the immediate consumption therein, is required to have a Common Victualler License.
A Common Victualler License is annual and must be renewed every year. The cost for an annual license is $60.
