The Town of Marion has two different types of Car Dealer Licenses:
- Class I for New Car Dealers,
- Class II for Used Car Dealers
For the rules and regulations in Massachusetts regarding Car Dealer Licenses.
A Car Dealer License requires a public hearing. Please note, that the applicant is charged the cost of the public hearing newspaper posting. A Car Dealer License is annual and must be renewed every year. The cost for an annual license is $100 per Class.
