Please provide the approximate street address and the nearest cross-street to the pothole.
If a pothole is located on a state road/highway:
These include:
- Rt. 6 from the Wareham town line to the Mattapoisett town line (Wareham Street, Mill Street)
- Rt. 105 (Front Street) from Rt. 6 to the Rochester town line.
- Rt. 195
