If you wish to purchase cemetery lots, please visit the Marion Department of Public Works office located at 50 Benson Brook Road (off Route 6) in Marion.
Available lots can be viewed on the maps in the office or an appointment can be arranged to meet the DPW Superintendent at the cemetery that you may be interested in.
After the lots have been selected an application will need to be completed and the necessary fees paid.
A cemetery deed will be mailed to you after it has been prepared, signed by the Cemetery Commissioners, and recorded at the Town Clerk's office.
