The SHINE Program (Serving the Health Information Needs of Everyone) provides free health insurance information, counseling, and assistance to all Massachusetts residents with Medicare. People who have Medicare or who are about to become eligible for Medicare can talk with a counselor to learn about the benefits and options available.
