Given the current and expected weather conditions, the Marion Fire Department will impose a ban on all outdoor fires through Friday, November 8, 2024 at 6pm. 

This includes fires associated with fire pits, chiminea's, outdoor fireplaces, cooking and heating equipment that are not specifically covered under 310 CMR 7.07, the Massachusetts Open Burning regulations.
